Pembrokeshire's first luxury mobile wood-fired sauna, travelling the stunning coastline of the UK's only fully coastal national park. Listed as one of the UK's 'Best saunas by the sea' by The Times. Sessions follow a 3-round cycle alternating between the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge in the Atlantic sea. Locations rotate between Little Haven, Nolton Haven, and Pwllgwaelod. Ages 16+.
