About
A new social sauna hub and bar on a farm in East Sussex, about 10 minutes from Tunbridge Wells. Two wood-fired saunas (up to 85°C) — one light and social, one dark and quiet — look out over the fields, with room for 22 across both; community sessions are capped at 15. There are two cold plunges (one kept around 7–9°C, one left ambient around 19°C) and an on-site bar and café serving local beer, wine, low- and no-alcohol drinks, coffee and food-truck bites. Standard sessions run 90 minutes from £24 (session packs and memberships are cheaper); 3-hour sessions and private hire are also available. Open Thursday–Sunday with free on-site parking. The bar is open to anyone, with or without a sauna booking. Book community sessions online; swimwear is required as sessions are mixed. Aufguss ceremonies, full-moon saunas and yoga + sauna events run on top of regular opening.
