Sauna Yoku is a handcrafted wood-fired mobile sauna based at Holmsted Himalayas in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, run by wellbeing coach and yoga teacher Charlotte. The cabin holds up to six people, with a cold plunge pool and access to wild swimming on site, and the design draws on Scandinavian and Japanese influences. The operator runs weekly community sessions, private hire and special events with local wellbeing practitioners.
