Wild Spa Wowo is a forest-glade sauna garden at Uckfield in Sussex with three hot rooms: a Nordic sauna, a steamy forest room (which becomes a dry space with a hot tub in winter) and a clay-lined pirtis sauna. The site has a large cold plunge pool, experience showers and hammocks among the trees, and offers yoga, massage, sauna treatments and rituals alongside textile-free, single-gender, full-moon and grief sessions. It hosts a year-round events programme including Flow Fest, sauna-master training and the international Sauna Camp gathering, billed as the UK's first woodland sauna training space.
