Samphire Sauna is a wood-fired Nordic-inspired sauna based on Hastings Pier, overlooking the South Coast. The site has two sauna cabins, each seating up to 4 people, which can be booked together for larger groups. Cooling options include sea swimming, a plunge pool, cold buckets and cold showers, and the operator runs communal and private sessions Friday to Monday.
