Kindred Sauna is a Nordic-style wood-fired sauna at the Knepp Estate Campsite in Sussex, sitting within the Knepp rewilding project. The site has two wood-fired saunas: Gaia, an 8-seater used for communal sessions, and Tara, a 5/6-seater horsebox conversion used for private hire. Sessions include access to a wild swimming pond moments from the sauna, and the operator also runs events combining sauna with breathwork, sound baths, yoga, cacao rituals and massages.
