Saunadelic is a wood-fired sauna at Hove Lagoon, next to Lagoon Watersports on Kingsway, Hove. The site has a sauna seating up to 9 people, an outdoor plunge pool, outdoor cold showers and covered changing facilities with toilets, warm showers, lockers and a hairdryer. The operator runs communal, private, full-moon and guided sessions and is for over-16s only.
