Mobile wood-fired sauna on Fistral North beach in Newquay, Cornwall. Communal and private sessions with ocean cold plunges. Also hosts special events including guided sauna ceremonies, sound baths, full moon events, and breathwork sessions. Open every day except Tuesdays.
