Wilder Sauna runs two wood-fired riverside saunas in Dartmoor, Devon: one at Badgers Holt in Dartmeet and one at Mill End, Chagford, both on the River Dart. Cold plunging is done in the river, and the sauna windows look out onto the surrounding wildlife and walking routes toward Widecombe-in-the-Moor and Wistman's Wood. Communal 50-minute sessions cost £15, with private and 1hr 50min options, plus monthly session plans and gift vouchers.
