Kiln Sauna Flushing is a community sauna on Kiln Quay beach in Flushing, Cornwall, looking across the water to Falmouth. It was the first of a small family of Scandinavian and Japanese-inspired Kiln Saunas in Cornwall (the operator also runs sites at Gylly Beach in Falmouth and the Ferryboat Inn). The wood-fired sauna offers a panoramic sea-facing window, sea swimming, and runs social, family, private and guided sauna ritual sessions.
