Secluded wood-fired sauna floating on a natural swimming pool in the Cambrian Mountains of West Wales. Private sessions for up to 5 people — choose 1 hour 20 minutes or a whole day (11am–3:20pm). Plunge into the natural pool or cool off under the rain shower between sauna rounds. Set in a woodland hay meadow surrounded by dragonflies, kingfishers, and newts. Changing room provided.
