St Andrews Lakes Wellness Centre is a Nordic-inspired outdoor spa on the edge of a lake reserve at Halling in Kent, part of a wider activity site offering watersports, climbing and other outdoor activities. The wellness centre has a wood-fired sauna and lakeside hot tubs, with a natural lagoon plunge for cooling. 1.5-hour sessions are bookable, with private hire for up to 24 people and a programme of classes including Aufguss, breathwork, cold-water workshops, pilates, sound meditation and yoga.
