Hikitalo (Finnish for "sweat house") is a handcrafted wood-fired sauna set on the sand at Sandy Bay in Porthcawl, South Wales. The 10-seater cabin was custom-built in the UK just outside Bristol and features a stained-glass window in the hot room. The British Sauna Society named it Best Waterside Sauna 2025, and the operator runs communal, private, single-bather and full-moon sessions with sea swimming nearby.
