Saunagus is a mobile wood-fired sauna based primarily at Queenford Lakes in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with pop-up sessions across the county and bespoke locations on request. Sessions are led by trained Saunameisters/Gusmeisters and combine sauna with optional lake swimming and cold plunges, plus add-ons such as salt rubs and whisking massages. The operator runs classical Aufguss, communal, full-moon, single-gender, LGBTQ+, grief and social-prescribing sessions.
