The Hidden Sauna

Finnish-style wood-fired barrel sauna on a working farm beside the River Dower in East Cork. New 30-person sauna overlooking the river plus original barrel sauna. Social sauna sessions and guided ritual sauna ceremonies available. Cold plunge tubs (2°C chillers) and outdoor bathtub on site. Farm animals including alpacas roam the grounds. Heated with sustainably sourced ash dieback timber from the farm's own forest. Also hosts wellness retreats with yoga, pilates, and sound baths. 25 minutes from Cork City. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
