Finnish-style wood-fired sauna on a working farm outside Castlemartyr in East Cork. Barrel sauna (12 seats) heated with sustainably sourced ash dieback timber from the farm's forest. Cold plunge pool fed by cave water from the Dower River, outdoor showers, and coffee trailer. Alpacas, goats, and sheep on site. Guided sauna ritual sessions also available (€20/60 min, capacity 18). 25 minutes from Cork City.
