Finnish-style sauna in a restored historic train station at Ballyglunin, just outside Galway. Social sauna sessions (50 min) from EUR 12/person, with cold water therapy available. Women-only sessions also offered. Private hire available by booking all 5 spots. Open Fridays 6-9pm and Saturdays 11am-6pm. Part of Sonny's Farm, which also offers yoga and farm experiences.
