Wildheat Sauna

Wildheat Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna based at Luxborough Lake in Chigwell (IG7 5DF) on the Essex/East London border, in partnership with Be-Endurance. Sessions combine sauna heat with lake swimming and cold-plunge dips for open-water swimmers, cold plungers and wellness seekers, with communal social sessions and private hire for up to 12 people. Booking is through NOWCA membership and the Actio app, with a 10-credit bundle option.
