Tŷ Sawna is a beach sauna on Oxwich Bay in the Gower, Swansea, billed as Wales's first beach sauna and recognised as a British Sauna Society approved operator. The site has two bespoke wood-fired barrel saunas with their own log stoves: Tŷ Bach Twt seats 8 and the larger Tŷ Mawr seats up to 10, both with half-moon panoramic windows facing the ocean. Sea swimming serves as the cold plunge, and the operator runs 55-minute private and communal sessions plus seasonal events.
