Sauna & Sea is a wood-fired Finnish-style beach sauna at Portstewart Strand on Northern Ireland's north coast, run in partnership with the National Trust. Sessions combine sauna heat with cold-water dips in the Atlantic, and the operator emphasises promoting health, wellbeing and environmental awareness on the North Coast. Communal and private bookings are available, with hosts Conor and Barry leading sessions.
