Mobile wood-fired sauna at Lake Elmo Park Reserve Nordic Center. 90-minute sessions include multiple rounds of heat and cold. Cold plunge barrel on-site. Certified Sauna Guide on-site. Aromatherapy, water, tea, and electrolytes provided. Also offers guided Sisu Sunday sessions with breathwork and meditation. Pop-up sessions at other Twin Cities locations.
