Mobile wood-fired sauna and cold plunge based in Olympia and Lacey, Washington. 75-minute contrast therapy sessions include a wood-fired sauna (160–200°F, typically ~180°F), cold plunge or natural water immersion when available, and outdoor rest space. Community sessions accommodate up to 12 guests at $35 per person; private rentals available by inquiry for the same capacity. Bring two towels, a water bottle, and a swimsuit or athletic wear.
