Elements Sauna is a traditional wood-fired Finnish sauna located at the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle, County Durham, set beside a small lake. Onsite facilities include toilets, a changing area and a cold shower, with optional wild swimming or dipping in the lake (or rinsing off with watering cans). The operator is a British Sauna Society Approved Operator and runs communal, private and female-only sessions, plus full-moon Light Up Sauna & Swim events.
