Nordic wild sauna and cold water experience on the banks of Loch Long in Arrochar, Scotland. Wood-fired sauna with direct access to the loch for cold plunges. Communal sessions £15/person (1 hour, up to 7 guests, Wed-Sun). Private sessions also available. Beautiful lochside setting surrounded by the Arrochar Alps.
