St Andrews Seaside Sauna sits on East Sands beach next to the East Sands Leisure Centre, a short walk from St Andrews city centre. It is a sister site of Elie and Cellardyke (both run by Scottish Seaside Saunas, founded by Judith Dunlop) and is more spacious than the original Elie Shore Sauna. The cabin is built using thermo Alder from Heartwood and a Narvi Black low-emission stove, with a low step for accessibility, and the operator runs communal, private, guided, single-gender, Aufguss and yoga sessions.
