Two booking formats: the 3-hour immersive AIKA experience for up to 10 guests and a 6-hour private day retreat, plus 'AIKA Social' community gatherings. Guests pass through a cedar 'Wall of Intention' on entry and follow the AIKA Cycle (hot, cold, rest, repeat). A separate AIKA Mobile Spa is also offered.
