Lakeside sauna experience at Sproat Lake Landing on Vancouver Island. Two stationary saunas: the Porthole Sauna (electric, easy flick-of-a-switch operation) and the Lake View Sauna (wood-fired, for experienced users). Drop-in community sessions, private bookings, and themed events (Women's Circle, New Moon, Full Moon) are available. Cold plunge tub on-site and direct access to Sproat Lake for natural cold plunges. Guests should arrive ~30 minutes before a private session to preheat. Nearby Della's Cafe and Drinkwaters restaurant for food and drink. Mobile wood-fired tent sauna rentals (24-72 hr) also available with pickup in Port Alberni, Comox, or Tofino. No one under 18 without an adult.
