Three-story, Budapest-inspired bathhouse and social club in Tribeca from founder Mauri Waneka. Circuit includes an authentic Russian banya (up to 200°F, venik treatments), red-light infrared sauna, aromatic steam room, hot mineral thermal pool, 50–55°F ozone-filtered cold plunge and a Japanese scrub room, plus a lounge and bar serving Slavic-leaning food and cocktails. Opens to members in October 2026 and to the public in November 2026; public general admission is $150 for a 2.5-hour session.
