Fully indoor urban Nordic spa in a heritage stone building on Rue de la Commune in Old Montreal, open since 2009. The Thermal Journey circuit includes a dry sauna, a eucalyptus steam bath, a hydrojet hot bath with thermal waterfall, a cold plunge pool, Nordic showers and silent relaxation areas. Silence and a strict no-phones rule (devices stay in lockers) are enforced throughout. Thermal Journey pricing is seasonal and excludes tax: $75 Mon–Thu / $80 Fri–Sun in regular season, $88 / $95 in high season, $105 on special dates. Reserved entry guarantees a check-in time (arrive within 30 minutes) and includes robe, two towels and a locker; walk-ins are welcome but waitlisted when the spa is full (robe rental extra for walk-ins). No time limit once checked in, but no re-entry. Swimsuit required; ages 14+ (14–15 with a guardian). Tea, juice and apples included; snacks for purchase. Valet parking available; 5-minute walk from Place-d'Armes metro.
