Wood-fired sauna at Cable Bay beach, near Nelson. Communal sessions from $30 NZD/person (60 min, up to 8 guests), private sessions from $150 NZD (up to 6). Includes three 15-minute sauna rounds with cold-immersion dips in the sea between rounds. NZ-made sweaty meg stove with natural expanded cork insulation. Silent sessions also available. Open seasonally April–December, Fridays through Mondays.
