Two saunas on the working oyster farm: the Riverbank sauna and the Floating sauna, each seating up to four guests. Sessions run 75 minutes and are priced per session, not per person. Cold plunge in the Damariscotta River (shared plunge area). Open fall through spring, Thursday to Sunday. Bring your own towel. Fresh oysters, tinned fish and drinks available at the farm store before or after your session.
