Scandinavian Heat Club is a guided sauna and cold-plunge studio coming to San Diego, at the Barnes Tennis Center in Point Loma. Sessions are a structured 75-minute Nordic contrast ritual — three rounds of hot sauna and cold plunge with guided breathwork between rounds, led by a trained guide, for up to 14 guests. The club is not open yet — an opening is planned and a waitlist is live. When it opens, drop-in sessions are priced at $38, with founding-member and monthly membership options also available (from about $250/month). Private buyouts for groups of up to 40 are offered.
