Sauna Suomi is an authentic Finnish sauna in the heart of Port Moody offering private, self-guided two-hour sessions for one or two people. Each private suite pairs a traditional Finnish sauna (around 90°C, with löyly steam ladled over the hot rocks) with a hot cedar ofuro-style soaker tub, a cold plunge, a shower and a lounge area — enjoy the hot–cold contrast circuit in any order at your own pace. Towels and robes are provided, along with water and non-caffeinated tea; the space is clothing-optional, so bring a swimsuit if that's more comfortable. One suite is fully wheelchair accessible with automatic doors and handrails. All guests must be 18 or older. Book online in advance; sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a refund (minus a $15 admin fee) up to 24 hours ahead.
