Award-winning oceanfront resort spa on Vancouver Island offering two distinct thermal circuits. The Pacific Mist Hydropath® is a 60-minute guided hydrotherapy journey through eight steps including Swiss showers, mineral massage pool, waterfall massage, a steam cave, glacial waterfall, river walk, sea mineral soak and tidal baths (rates 2025: $175 solo / $155 pp couple / $140 pp trio / $125 pp group of 4). The newer Healing Caves® journey takes guests through six immersive sensory caves: Desert Cave (infrared and hot stone sauna), Mystic Cave (aromatherapy steam), Ice Cave (cryotherapy), Astral Cave (red-light therapy), Salt Cave (halotherapy) and Storm Cave (hydrotherapy infinity pool); 75–90 minutes ($250 solo / $225 pp couple / $210 pp trio / $195 pp group of 4). Outdoor heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and steam cave on the pool deck are complimentary with any spa service or stay. Both experiences require an appointment and accommodate up to 4 guests. Healing Caves not suitable for guests under 14 or with various health conditions; valid photo ID required for the included sparkling wine (non-alcoholic option available).
