About
Two six-person wood-lined floating Finnish dry saunas at the Marina de Valleyfield on Baie Saint-François (Lac Saint-François), about 50 minutes southwest of Montréal. Winter-season operation, mid-October to May 1. Public sessions are 75 minutes, max 5 people, in Social (talking allowed) or Silent mode: $35 CAD per person before tax ($30 students); 3/5/10-session prepaid cards $90/$125/$200. Cold plunge is straight into the lake via ladders (1.8 m deep, no diving), with an outdoor fire and rest area. Private sauna from $150 for two (+$20 per extra person, up to 6), and a heated floating dome for up to 8 can be added. Lockers and changing rooms on site; bring two towels, swimsuit and sandals (towels and sandals for rent or purchase). Public sessions are 18+. Reopening offer: 25% off public sessions booked Sept 15 – Oct 15 ($26.25).
