Contrast therapy studio on the corner of South King and Piikoi in Honolulu. The communal sauna/ice space has custom cedar saunas with Huum heaters (170-190F), multiple Plunge cold tubs, two showers, and a sitting area. Communal sessions are up to 60 minutes with a maximum of 15 guests, $40 drop-in. Private sauna/ice suites are 45 minutes for $60, with up to five guests total at $20 per additional person. Towels are provided; bring a swimsuit (nude use is not permitted). Open daily 8am-6pm. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come basis but reservations are recommended, and first-time visitors need to create an account and sign a waiver. Arrive 10 minutes early; enclosed parking on King Street with additional parking on Piikoi Street. Also offers hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy, a Somadome meditation pod, and deck movement classes. No minors.
